Urban Prairie Dogs
On the Front Range in Colorado, black-tailed prairie dogs live on the edges of human development. Despite being a keystone species of prairie ecosystems, they face threats from every direction. Not only are they a great meal for any predator around, they also are constantly under threat by humans because of vehicles and new construction. With this project, I want to show their struggle for survival. After viewing the images, take some time to check out the sources I’ve linked below!
